Shipping Policies:

- Items ship within 3-7 business days once products ship, their ETA windows for untracked packages are as follows:
Canada: 1-4 weeks
United States: 2-5 weeks
Europe: 2-8 weeks
Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 3-8 weeks
Asia Pacific: 3-10 weeks
Latin America and the Caribbean: 3-8 weeks
North Africa and the Middle East: 3-10 weeks
Sub-Saharan Africa: 3-10 weeks

- Tracked packages generally move faster, feel free to inqure about current ETA windows for tracked parcels to your location. 

- Tracked shipping is now available at checkout for residents of Canada and the United States. If you live elsewhere and would like to inquire about tracked shipping rates, please contact me.

Reshipping/Restocking Policy:

-  Free untracked shipping is available once per transaction. If a package is returned to me as undeliverable due to the customer entering the incorrect shipping address on their order, they are responsible for paying a reshipping fee of $5CAD to have their order reshipped. Please make sure to double check your shipping address prior to checking out. In the event that Tracked shipping was selected on an undeliverable package, shipping fees will not be reimbursed and the customer will be required to pay the full shipping cost again if they require a new tracking number for their reshipment.

-  If a package is returned to me as undeliverable due to the customer entering the incorrect address on their order and they do not wish to have their order reshipped, they will be subjected to a restocking fee. The restocking fee is 20% of your order total with a MINUMUM restocking fee of $5CAD.

- In the event that an order hasn't been delivered to a customer due to an incorrect address being provided and it has yet to make its way back to me, I am unable to start the reshipping or restocking/refund process prior to receiving the order back. Return mail is generally much slower than outgoing mail and can take a long time to make its way back, so to avoid huge delays, always double check your shipping address.

Customs & Import Taxes

-  Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. 

-  I am not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns & Exchanges

-  Due to the nature of owning a made to order shop with minimal space for inventory, I am unable to accept returns or exchanges, but please contact me if you have problems with your order.

Cancellations

-  Items are made to order, so once I've started making your order, unfortunately I'm unable to cancel it. If you would like to request a cancellation, feel free to send me a message to inquire if I have started on your order yet or not.
